Byl & Tara Cameron
Byl and Tara are from the US. Byl is a magician with languages and among the many languages he can speak is Afrikaans and Hindi. Read about their adventures and life on their blog.

John and Nia are originally from the UK, but they have been expats for the last 14 years (including 7 years in SA). Read about their adventures and life on their blog.
Parag & Manisha Patel
Parag and Manisha are from US. They live close to us in Hyderabad. Parag manages an investment fund (India Performance Fund).
Raju
Raju runs the house, cooks and looks after the dogs. He can cook Indian and Italian food.
Alex
Alex is the security guard at night (but has some competition from Kahn). Alex also helps with the garden and the swimming pool.
Sajid
Sajid is our driver and gets us anywhere we want to go.
Sitaram
Sitaram is our gardner and looks after most living things outside of the house. Sitaram does not speak English, but his friendly smile works in any language.
Abdul
Abdul has the difficult task of trying to teach us Hindi. He is a lecturer at a college and teaches Hindi for a living. He has a soft spot for Kahn ... in his knees ...
Japie and Elmarie (and Jean & Inge)
Japie worked in SA (at Sanlam) years ago and that is where we met him. After a 5 year stint in the UK, the Blignauts came to India. They live in Chennai and arrived a month before we arrived in India. They are keeping an accurate journal of their time in India at chennaijoernaal.blogspot.com
John and Sian
John and Sian also come from the beautiful Cape and they have moved to Hyderabad around the same time as we did. They have been brave enough to pack up and start a new business here and they are doing very well in India.
Domenico
Domenico is Raju's favourite Italian master. Domenico and Gino helped us a lot by telling us about their Indian experience.

Emil and Hanna
Emil and Hanna are the pioneers that came to India before us. They paved the way for us to have a much easier adjustment to life in Hyderabad. They are back in South Africa, enjoying all the comforts of home that they had to do without for more than 2 years ...
